PRIVACY NOTICE: You are providing personally identifiable information at the Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") registration page. By entering the Sweepstakes you are agreeing to provide registration information to Advertising.com, Inc. ("Sponsor") as the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes and authorizing Sponsor to share all submitted information to its third party marketing partner. All personally identifiable information that is submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes shall become the property of Sponsor. 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding MA, MI, RI and Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age AND are of legal smoking age in the jurisdiction of their residence at the time of entry, who are smokers and who have Internet access prior to the start of the Sweepstakes, except (A) employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, marketing partners and affiliated entities, (B) persons with APO or FPO mailing addresses, and (C) persons who entered any sweepstakes administered by Sponsor on behalf of RJR or Sponsor’s “$20 in HOT DEALS” Coupon Savings offers each within the six (6) month period prior to such person’s entry into the Sweepstakes. VOID in MA, MI, RI, PUERTO RICO AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

2. HOW TO ENTER: From July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009, Sponsor will conduct an online Sweepstakes allowing eligible individuals to enter to win the prize set forth below. To enter individuals must fill-out and submit the information requested online at the Sweepstakes entry page. Entry into the Sweepstakes will require entrant to provide his/her complete mail and home address information, date of birth, gender, brand preference information, and consent to receive offers from Sponsor’s marketing partner in the mail (which consent maybe revoked at any time); provided, however, by entering entrant agrees to continue to receive material related to this Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person and/or per e-mail address will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes. There are no charges for entry. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Entries will not be accepted by U.S. Mail. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Deadline to enter online is 11:59 p.m. (ET), December 31, 2009. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT NOTICE, AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON. SPONSOR ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

3. HOW TO WIN: Sweepstakes winner will be randomly chosen by a representative of Sponsor (the "Judge") on or about January 10, 2010 from all eligible entries received during the dates specified above. The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail, email or telephone within two (2) days of the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.

4. PRIZE: There will be one Grand Prize for the Sweepstakes, consisting of a Panasonic 50" 1080p Flat Panel Plasma HDTV, awarded to one Sweepstakes participant. Approximate market value - $2,299.99. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will be purchased by Sponsor and made available for pick-up by the Grand Prize winner at a store located near the Grand Prize winner's home address. In the event Sponsor is unable to find a store within 50 miles of the Grand Prize winner’s home address that has the described Grand Prize available, or if the described Grand Prize is otherwise unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value. Except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, no substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions by prize winner is permitted. Any expenses not mentioned above are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes (including federal, state and local, if any) on account of the prizes.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner will be required to complete a form W-9 and provide a copy of his/her social security card and a copy of a valid driver’s license for tax reporting purposes, and sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, publicity releases and return same within five (5) days of issuance of notification. In the event that (i) such required tax documents are not provided and affidavits and releases are not signed, (ii) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or (iii) the winner declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Sponsor (and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, marketing partners and affiliated entities are not responsible for (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; or (iii) errors in transmission. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the Grand Prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries accepted. Participants may not enter using multiple e-mail addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, elect to award Grand Prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all entrants who had validly entered the Sweepstakes at the time of such cancellation.

6. CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Maryland, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Maryland. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. All claims relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Baltimore City, Maryland, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over such claims. The English version of these Official Rules is the definitive version of these Official Rules in all cases.
